01What does a signed-in customer see?
A signed-in customer sees orders, invoices, shipments, documents and how-to videos in one place. QR codes in the order confirmation lead straight there.
02Is the customer account the same as the restricted area?
No, the customer account is the login and the technical foundation. The restricted document area with country screening and release is Module 08 and builds on it.
